Terms and Conditions for Oddbods Christmas Contest

The Contest is open to all residents of all countries, aged 18 years or over, except employees of One Animation Pte Ltd having address at 305 Alexandra Road, 05-05, Vantage Automotive Centre, Singapore 159942 (hereinafter referred to as “One Animation”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Contest.
By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of One Animation, as final and binding as it relates to the content. 
The Contest is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary and will not improve the chances of winning. All entries are required to (a) select 2 boxes on the Contest page as their gift of choice, (b) let us know your favourite Oddbods character, and (c) provide all contact details required via the contact form.  Filling up the dropdown form field on the landing page under the “Guess Who’s Santa Cl-odds” section is optional, but will boost your chances of winning. The post must fulfil all the requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of One Animation. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of One Animation. 

The opening date for entries is 25 November 2021 at 10 PM SGT. The closing date of the Contest is 13 December 2021 at 10 PM SGT. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

One Animation accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault including but not limited to technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, internet, network or server failure of any kind.
The winners will be notified via email through which they entered the Contest within (5) days following 15 December 2021 and thereafter must provide a postal address to claim their prize. One Animation shall have no liability for a participant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected participants cannot be contacted, are ineligible, fail to claim the prize within fifteen (15) days from the time award notification was sent, or fail to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate participant(s) may be selected.

10 lucky winners will be picked at random to win a set of Oddbods products that they have customised on the Contest page with a total estimated retail value of $60 US Dollars. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for One Animation to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The prize will be sent to the participants’ indicated postal address by local post within ten (10) days of being notified.
The prize is supplied by One Animation. One Animation reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond One Animation control makes it necessary to do so. 

The participant’s name can be obtained by sending an email to info@oneanimation.com after fifteen (15) days after the closing date of the Contest.

The decision of One Animation regarding any aspect of the Contest is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into it. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. One Animation reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. One Animation reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Contest where it becomes necessary to do so. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and Instagram.
 Insofar as is permitted by law, One Animation, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of One Animation, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. One Animation shall not be liable for any act or omission by the professional cleaning service company.

Personal data supplied during the course of this Contest will only be processed as set out in the Privacy and Cookie Policy of One Animation.

The Contest will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and entrants to the Contest submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
